3. Scheduling and Appointments

3.3 If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3.4 We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Our pricing for Services varies depending on the type of appliance, the complexity of the issue, and whether replacement parts are required.

4.2 We will provide you with an estimate before performing any repairs. The final cost may differ from the estimate if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

4.3 Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise specified.

4.4 We accept payment in the form of cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

4.5 All prices listed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Warranties and Repairs

5.1 We provide a 90-day warranty on our repair services and on any parts we replace, unless stated otherwise.

5.2 The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials but does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by acts of nature (floods, lightning, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear

5.3 To claim warranty service, please contact us with your original receipt and a description of the issue.

5.4 We reserve the right to inspect the appliance to determine if the issue is covered under warranty.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the appliance is accessible for our technicians to work on.

6.2 You must provide a safe working environment for our technicians.

6.3 You must provide accurate information about the appliance and the issues you are experiencing.

6.4 You must be present or have an authorized representative present during the service appointment.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7.2 Our maximum liability for any damages arising from our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that caused the damage.

7.3 We are not responsible for any damage to your property that is not directly caused by our Services.
